This Sunday Tweet is brought to you by The Bookshelf Muse.
Which goes something like this:
So I decided to contribute to the flow with Sunday Tweets.
It goes something like this:
- Tweet a article or post related to writing and writers. Preferably one done by a fellow writer. If the writer doesn’t have tweeter button on their blog (which automatically tweets the given blog and/or post) then I’ll cut and paste or use tinyURL to tweet the post.
- Blog about why I tweeted said post.
- Include the link on my post as well, just for extra coverage.
I encourage all writers to do the same.
Tweet: Setting Thesaurus Entry: Bonfire.
The Thesaurus series of post takes a concept and lists words that are synonyms, comparable too or highlight the concept. This serves as an excellent tool to explore the concept through metaphors as well as give a plethora of words that one can use when describing said idea.
Recently they added words connected to setting. This week’s post deals with bonfires. If you need to set a scene around a cozy get together or roaring celebration around the bonfire, this post is a most. It even breaks it down by the five senses. It doesn’t get any better than that.
